A Letter to Yoga Teachers
Dear Friend,
My name is Eric Paskel. I am a yoga instructor from the United States, creator of Xflowsion and owner of Yoga Shelter. Yoga Shelter serves over 15,000 students each month. I have trained hundreds of teachers, lead retreats and workshops all over the world, and have been featured in magazines such as People, Shape, 17, Fitness and Health, to name a few. But none of these accomplishments have brought an ounce of sanity or contentment into my life!
It was not until I was introduced to Vedanta in 2004 that I finally understood why nothing would satiate my thirst for more. And why all the yoga I had studied and practised seemed to only scratch the surface.
Vedanta is an amazing philosophy that originates from the Vedas, thousands of years BC. And though it may be ancient it presents a timeless formula that combines dynamic action with enduring peace of mind.
In 2004 we introduced Vedanta Workshops and Courses, for our Yoga Teachers and students, at the Yoga Shelter and have not looked back. They have had a profound impact on the way our teachers teach and our students learn.
I would highly recommend Vedanta Workshops and Courses at your yoga establishment. My firm belief is that if everyone takes a step forward to learn this amazing philosophy, then we will find that what was once a dream becomes reality.
Namaste,
Eric Paskel

Six weeks later she was at the Vedanta Academy in India, where she lived and studied for six years. Today Meredith heads the work of Vedanta Institute Perth, a non-profit organisation working to promote mental health and wellbeing in Perth and around Australia.

PRAISE
I loved Meredith’s course on the Bhagavad Gita and highly recommend it. I found it inspired me to move past several hurdles I had been struggling with in my life by giving me a fresh roadmap of thinking. It also helped me foster a new inner strength, sense of personal resolve and gave me a deep sense of comfort about my life and relationship to the world. I found the course to be a fantastic and approachable foundation for my continued personal study of this text as a yoga teacher and student. Thank-you Meredith for sharing your wisdom and insights with us.
Meredith’s knowledge and holistic approach to the Bhagavad Gita creates awareness, light and playful space. Listening to her words and teachings brings another dimension to this course. I look forward to the class each week and feel great after each class. I want to learn more! I would recommend this course to anyone looking to study the Life Lessons we can all learn.
Such valuable food for thought and many practical ways to bring the teachings into everyday life.
I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about gaining more clarity in their life.
Feeling a lot calmer about life and its direction after hearing Meredith speak.
